Power Platform Automation

Automating Dynamics processes with Power Automate and model-driven apps.

Dynamics and the Power Platform share Dataverse, so automation sits directly on your CRM data with the same security model. That makes it the cheapest place to remove manual steps from a sales or service process.

We map the process including its exceptions before building, because almost every approval has an unwritten "unless" rule, and unwritten rules are where flows break in month three.

What you get

  • Flows for approvals, notifications and record automation
  • Model-driven or canvas apps for specific roles
  • Exception paths handled, not just the happy path
  • Owner, monitoring and alerting on every production flow
  • Licensing implications checked before the design is fixed

Questions

Power Automate or a plugin?

Flow for orchestration, notification and anything a business user should be able to change. Plugin for logic that must run synchronously and reliably on every write, regardless of how the record was created.

What happens when a flow fails?

It should alert a named owner rather than fail silently, which is the default outcome and the reason so many flows quietly stop working. We build monitoring in from the start.
