Microsoft Dynamics 365
Dynamics 365 implementation, customization and integration for Sales, Customer Service and Finance, configured to how your business actually runs.

The short version
What this actually involves
Dynamics 365 fails for organisational reasons far more often than technical ones. It gets configured to how someone thought the business worked, adoption stalls because it makes people slower, and within a year the real pipeline is back in a spreadsheet.
We start from how your teams actually work, configure before we customise, and keep the data model and security roles clean, because those two decisions constrain everything you can do later. Copilot and AI agents only pay off on top of that foundation.
We implement and extend Sales, Customer Service and Finance and Operations, build plugins and PCF controls where the platform needs to go further, and connect Dynamics to the rest of your systems.

How we work
From first call to something you can use
Week 1–3
Process mapping and design
We sit with the teams who will use it, map the real process, and design the data model and security roles. Getting these wrong is expensive to unwind later.
Week 4–8
Configure, then customise
Everything the platform can do out of the box, done first. Custom code only where configuration genuinely cannot reach, because every customisation is something you maintain forever.
Week 9–12
Integration and migration
Connected to the systems that must keep working, with historic data migrated and reconciled against source totals you sign off.
Week 13–14
Training and go-live
Role-based training, a pilot team first, then hypercare. Adoption is where implementations are won or lost.
Ongoing
Optimisation and AI
Once the foundation is solid and adopted, Copilot and custom agents start returning real time rather than novelty.

What clients ask before starting
Configure or customise?
Configure until you genuinely cannot. Every customisation is code you own, test and upgrade forever. We push hard on this because it is the single biggest driver of long-term cost in a Dynamics estate.
Why do Dynamics rollouts stall?
Adoption, almost always. If the system makes a salesperson slower, they will keep their real pipeline elsewhere and your reporting becomes fiction. We design for the daily user first and the report second.
Can we start with one module?
Yes, and usually you should. Sales or Customer Service first, proven and adopted, then extend. A full multi-module programme as a first step is a much larger bet.
Does Copilot work on our data?
It summarises and drafts from your Dataverse records and respects existing security roles, so it only ever surfaces what that user could already see. Its output quality tracks your data quality closely.
