The challenge
An independent college needed staff and departments to collaborate, manage documents and standardize processes across Microsoft 365, without the content sprawl and shadow systems institutions tend to accumulate.
What we built
We delivered Microsoft 365 solutions configured to how the college's teams actually work: SharePoint sites and structured document libraries, governed collaboration spaces, and Power Platform automation for routine processes, with a governance model to keep it maintainable.
The outcome
Staff collaborate in governed, searchable spaces, routine processes are automated, and the college has a Microsoft 365 foundation it can keep building on.
