The challenge
The firm’s documents and matter files were spread across drives and email, slow to retrieve, hard to version reliably, and difficult to apply retention to, which is a real risk in a regulated profession.
What we built
We designed and built a SharePoint-based platform on Microsoft 365: structured matter workspaces, metadata-driven document libraries, version history, permission-trimmed access and retention policies, so every matter has one governed home.
The outcome
Faster, more reliable document retrieval, controlled access and versioning, and a defensible retention model, built to scale as the firm grows.
