CRM Platform

Salesforce Consulting

Salesforce implementation, custom development and Agentforce enablement, unifying your sales and service operations on one platform.

A sales and service team working on a CRM platform

The short version

What this actually involves

Salesforce is rarely limited by the platform. It is limited by an org that accumulated ten years of fields, workflows and one-off customisations that nobody can safely remove, until every change takes weeks and no one trusts the reports.

We implement it properly where it is new, and untangle it where it is not. That means configuring before coding, keeping the data model coherent, and writing Apex only where declarative tools genuinely cannot reach, because technical debt in Salesforce compounds unusually fast.

We also stand up Agentforce agents, which is where the platform is moving, and we do it with grounding and guardrails rather than as a demo.

How we work

From first call to something you can use

Week 1–2

Discovery and org review

For a new org, we map the process. For an existing one, we audit what is there, because unused fields and overlapping automation are usually the real blocker.

Questions

What clients ask before starting

Our org is a mess. Fix it or start over?

Fix it, in almost every case. A rebuild loses history, integrations and adoption. We audit what is actually used, retire what is not, and refactor automation incrementally so the business keeps running.

Apex or Flow?

Flow for anything an admin should be able to change, and for most orchestration. Apex for complex logic, bulk processing and precise transaction control. Apex written where Flow would do is debt you pay for at every release.

Can you work with our Salesforce admin?

Usually the best outcome. They know the org and the politics, we bring the engineering. Handover is far cleaner when your admin has been involved throughout.

Is Agentforce ready for production?

For well-scoped, high-volume service work grounded in your Knowledge and records, yes. For open-ended judgement, no. The scoping decides the outcome far more than the technology does.

Talk it through with an engineer

Thirty minutes, no obligation, and an honest answer about whether this is the right service for what you are trying to do.
