Will people actually use it?
Only if it answers the questions they currently ask a colleague. We start from those questions, and we keep publishing simple, because an intranet nobody updates is worse than none.
Can it work on phones for frontline staff?
Yes, through the browser and the mobile app. For staff without desks, we usually surface the same content in Teams as well, because that is where they already are.
