The challenge
Traders needed a trusted way to sell inventory to a competitive pool of suppliers, but manual bidding over email and spreadsheets was slow, opaque and hard to scale.
What we built
We built DAN — a cross-platform auction marketplace on web and mobile. Traders create listings, suppliers place live competitive bids, and a .NET back-end with SQL Server and Snowflake handles pricing, history and analytics at scale.
The outcome
A single platform replaced a fragmented manual process — faster deal cycles, transparent competitive pricing, and a scalable base for adding categories and markets.
